Since joining Magnum Builders in 1988, Michael Baltzer has helped lead the company's growth into one of Southwest Florida's premier Construction Management firms. As President, he provides strategic leadership while building long-term relationships with owners, architects, and community partners. Clint Riley joined Magnum Builders in 2009 and serves as Vice President, Project Executive, and Director of Preconstruction. He leads the company's preconstruction services, helping owners maximize value through strategic planning, budgeting, estimating, and value engineering. Ralph Abela joined Magnum Builders in 2021, bringing decades of experience in civil infrastructure and commercial construction.
