Longboat Key Fire Station and Administrative Offices - Longboat Key, FL

This Emergency Services Building is a 10,000 square foot facility providing offices, commercial kitchen, dormitory bunk rooms, exercise facility, medical examination and treatment room, equipment bays, commercial laundry facilities.  This project required extensive site preparation, landscaping, and paved parking and access roadway.  Magnum Builders participated with the Owner to administer a direct purchase program to benefit the Tax Exempt status of the Town.  The savings generated by this cooperation amounted to nearly $20,000.
