Turtle Beach Park Improvements & Playground - Siesta Key, FL

Magnum Builders provided Construction Management for the Turtle Beach Park Improvements on Siesta Key. This project was completed in 5 months and included a new asphalt parking lot, heavy duty concrete handicap parking, pervious flexi-pave kayak launch, new sidewalks and walking trails with integral sea shell finishes, a new playground with a covered shade structure, all new landscaping and irrigation. This is our 10th successful project we have completed for Sarasota County Parks and Recreation
