Magnum Builders was contracted to perform needed waterproofing and fireproofing maintenance at Riverview high school. The work included pressure washing and repainting, installing new sealant materials at control and expansion locations, new walkway pedestrian coatings, epoxy floor repairs, fenestration repairs, concrete sealer and staining, and removal/reinstall of intumescent coatings.
