Magnum’s long time West Florida presence and strong quality reputation has resulted in our selection to provide Continuing Contract Services to Public Agencies.  These services are for Construction Manager At Risk, General Contracting, and Design-Build projects that meet the Client Agencies purchasing requirements.  The City of Sarasota, Sarasota County, Sarasota County Schools, Manatee County, and Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority are some of the current Clients.  Due to State and Inter-Local Purchasing Agreements, many other government agencies have been able to “piggy-back” projects using these Continuing Contracts.
