Magnum performed this project as a Design-Build / Construction Manager at Risk. The project included new security fence and gates, security door upgrades and remodel of administration offices all during Summer Break (8 weeks).

This project addressed the creation of a Single Point of Entry into Sarasota County Schools Administration Complex located at the Landings Campus in Sarasota, FL.

Magnum Builders was contracted to perform needed waterproofing and fireproofing maintenance at Riverview high school.

This project addressed the Security Upgrades mandated by the Sarasota County School Board and Superintendent.
