Magnum Builders provided Construction Management Services for the new Longboat Key Police Department.

The project consisted of demolition of the existing non-conforming section of the Town Hall, construction of concrete & masonry structure, bar joist roof deck, interior metal framing with drywall, solid wood and wood veneer trims, casework, office space, meeting rooms, and Commission Chambers.

This project was a Design-Build project delivered under a CMAR Agreement.

The project consisted of the demolition of the existing facility, construction of a new 3 story structure with Bunk Rooms, Apparatus Bays, Dispatch office, meeting rooms, exercise room, and full commercial kitchen.

Sarasota County Fire Station #4, located within the City of Sarasota on City owned property, is a prototype for what is currently a 4 person per shift fire/emergency rescue unit.

The project consisted of the demolition of the existing facility, construction of 4 new structures totaling 22,000 SF.

Magnum Builders provided preconstruction and construction services for this project.

Magnum built the new Peace River Water Quality and Training Facility located in Arcadia, Florida.

Magnum provided Construction Management Services to construct a new 8,821 SF Building housing the Facilities Administrative offices and the Maintenance/Repair shops for all Facilities personnel at Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority Operations.

The Project included the 8,000 SF expansion to the existing North Port Library, additional parking, renovation of the existing library space including updating handicap restrooms.
