The Project included the 8,000 SF expansion to the existing North Port Library, additional parking, renovation of the existing library space including updating handicap restrooms. The chill water mechanical HVAC system was replaced for the entire facility. Magnum was required to complete the project in 3 phases to allow the continued use of the facility during construction. Sections were safed off to allow the patrons to most of the facility during interior renovations and the HVAC system was changed-out during a weekend to minimize the impact on the users.
