Magnum provided Construction Management Services to construct a new 8,821 SF Building housing the Facilities Administrative offices and the Maintenance/Repair shops for all Facilities personnel at Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority Operations. This building has 5 large vehicle bays to allow for all Lakewood Ranch Operations and Equipment to be serviced regularly. The operations bay area includes a mezzanine level for equipment storage and service. Also included is a 12 bay Pre-Engineered Building for parking and servicing of operations vehicles and equipment. The building also includes 3,500 SF of administrative offices which operates as the home base for the Lakewood Ranch Operations Department.
